TERM Weep & Vent Barrier 3/8" x 1.5" x 4"

TERM Weep and Vent is a pre-made vent specially designed for brick homes during the installation phase. Each weep and vent must be inserted by the mason as they are placing the mortar. When used as a weep, TERM Weep and Vent Barrier should be installed horizintally (1.5" side vertical) every 24" O.C. or at every head joint or as specified. It must be installed on top of the flashing. The bottom of the cavity must be protected by an approved cavity protection systems for mortar droppings.
